HarshMet CST14MD provides the correct Cold Shrink tube to make the installation and weather protection of 4.3-10 MINI DIN connector and 4.1-9.5 connectors easy. The installation does not require tooling, and the quality of the installation is less installer dependant

Application

The main application is the sealing of coax connectors used in the wireless communication antenna market. These mainly outside installed connectors require an extra sealing.

Technical Information

The outer Cold Shrink tube is made from high performance Silicone rubber material to provide an excellent seal on the connector. In cases where the different coax cable diameter can not be covered with the tube application range, a special foam is used to increase the smallest cable diameter to fit the shrink performance of the Cold Shrink tube. The kits passed the .5 bares water pressure sealing test and met IEC60529 IP 68

A: We accept T/T 50% deposit and 50% balance against B/L or L/C copy at sight, also accept Western Union, VISA and Paypal.

Q 2. What is the normal lead time for our orders?
A: The average lead time for prototype/first piece is 7~10 days, if tooling is involved, the lead time for production tooling is 10-15 days, and the average production time after sample approval is 2-2.5 weeks.

Q 3. What is your standard packaging?
A: All goods will be packed in cartons and loaded on pallets. Special packing methods are acceptable when needed.

Q 4. Can you tell us your monthly production capability of your products?
A: It depends on the model, we produce more than 3000 tons of rubber materials per month.
